At Chess Time Company, we strive to provide excellent online chess coaching services to our clients. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require cancellations or refunds. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:
1. Cancellation/Rescheduling/Makeover Policy
1. Missed Classes by Students
1.1. Notification: If a student (or their guardian) knows in advance that the student will miss a scheduled session, they should notify Chess Time Company at least 12 hours before the session. This allows us to reschedule the session or make appropriate arrangements.
1.2. Makeup Sessions: Chess Time Company may offer makeup sessions for 2 missed classes only in a month, subject to coach availability whether he will provide 15 mins 1:1 or Group session in different batch that to be availed with in same month.
1.3. Refunds for Missed Classes: We do not offer refunds for missed classes.
1.4. Rescheduling: If a makeup session was arranged and parent cancel that without providing advance notice, Chess Time Company reserves the right to not provide any makeover for the same.
1.5. No-show Policy: If a student fails to attend a scheduled coaching session without providing advance notice, it will be considered a no-show there will be no refund or compensation for the same.
1.6. Emergency: In case of any emergency we will provide 1 makeover in a month if you are able to inform us later.
1.7. Coaching Session Cancellations by Chess Time Company: In the event that Chess Time Company needs to cancel a coaching session due to unforeseen circumstances or coach unavailability, we will make every effort to reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued for that class.
2. Refund Policy
No refund will be provided once paid it can be only adjusted through classes.

4. Parent/Guardian Responsibility
4.1. Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that their child attends scheduled coaching sessions punctually. They should communicate any foreseeable absences in advance and make efforts to adhere to the agreed-upon schedule.
4.2. Parents or guardians should also ensure that their child is prepared for each coaching session, including having access to the necessary equipment (such as a computer with internet access) and materials (such as chess boards and pieces).
